Garrett tackled the used 50 year-old spinet piano I'd purchased, which was sorely in need of repair and tuning.  He is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and is both professional and friendly in his demeanor.  I felt he went above and beyond in providing excellent service - thoroughly cleaning, repairing, and finally tuning.  He even thought to find and install handles for the fall board for no charge, which my piano had been missing.

His prices are very reasonable, especially for the time and effort he put in.  He is also willing to come in the late afternoon or evening, which is very helpful if you work during the day.  I would highly recommend him, and I will definitely be calling him when it comes time to tune the piano again.

This is a before and after of a Bosendorfer fallboard that was worn through to the wood. I told the customer I wasn't sure if I could save it without a costly refinish but was able to pull it off.
